This article examines the problems and prospects for the development of Russian constitutionalism. The author identifies areas that will be studied in the current decade within the framework of the issues of constitutionalism. It is noted that today, in the context of the need to rethink and reassess many categories, concepts and legal phenomena, constitutional and legal research is valuable in almost any direction.
