The main provisions and structure of geopolitics as a science created in its modern form mainly by representatives of Anglo-Saxon countries and designed to justify the claims of these countries to world domination. The structure of geopolitics is presented and the basic universal principles of practical geopolitics – geostrategy are formulated. The authors contemplate goals of Russian foreign policy in the Arctic region and the role of airborne troops in the defense of Russian Arctic territories.
The article analyzes the problem of finding and building psychological boundaries by a person. The question is posed of how the process of transformation of a person into an "Authentic Self" takes place in order to find and realize his being. Such an appeal is impossible without the creation of special conditions, the so-called privacy zone. With the help of the existential concept and the privacy zone, a person turns to his true, true self.As a result of such an appeal, a person chooses a certain line of experiences for himself and recognizes his autonomy, thereby shaping and transforming his psychological space.
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the personal sovereignty of a teenager with different types of maternal attitudes. A theoretical analysis of the concept of psychological sovereignty of adolescents was carried out. By psychological (personal) sovereignty, we mean the ability to control, protect and develop their psychological space, based on the generalized experience of successful autonomous behavior. We looked at different types of maternal relationships.

However, one of the most significant applications of AI is its use for national security and protection of state sovereignty. In this regard, Russian researchers, experts and government agencies are actively researching and implementing innovative approaches based on the use of AI in order to ensure se-curity and stability in the country and beyond.

The author identifies areas that will be studied in the current decade within the framework of the issues of constitutionalism. It is noted that today, in the context of the need to rethink and reassess many categories, concepts and legal phenomena, constitutional and legal research is valuable in almost any direction.
