In the article, the author describes and analyzes her experience in conducting cooking workshops for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through distance education technologies. The author provides statistical data on the effectiveness of distance education, and also describes the difficulties and successes of her work. In conclusion, the author raises problems in distance teaching – learning and suggests solutions.
This article presents a study on the topic: Prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in the Russian Federation. Many people prefer to go abroad to try the local culinary specialties. However, few people think about the fact that in Russia there is also a huge variety of dishes and culinary traditions. The national cuisine is rich in unique recipes and ingredients that cannot be found anywhere else. Thus, culinary tourism in Russia can offer travelers an equally interesting and rich experience than traveling abroad. It is important to realize and appreciate the richness and diversity of Russian cuisine.
