In the article, the author describes and analyzes her experience in conducting cooking workshops for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through distance education technologies. The author provides statistical data on the effectiveness of distance education, and also describes the difficulties and successes of her work. In conclusion, the author raises problems in distance teaching – learning and suggests solutions.
The authors of the article present the experience of organizing a scientific research workshop for students of a secondary school within the framework of school – university interaction on the basis of school laboratories with the involvement of researchers and university teachers as supervisors, consultants, reviewers of students' works. The stages of cooperation between the project partners are considered and a description of the work of students at the designated stages of the project is demonstrated, starting with a motivational letter, including field work, and presentation of research results.
