Cultural and leisure activities of school students are one of the main components of the educational work of the school, the main principle of which is systematic and smooth. Leisure activities of students contribute to the formation and development of such necessary qualities in life as moral and patriotic values, creative and cultural competence, leadership, intelligence, organizational and communication skills.

Cultural and leisure activities (CLA) play an important role in modern society, fulfilling educational, recreational, and cultural functions by bringing together various groups of people. This article examines the features and diversity of CLA forms, including cultural, educational, and sports events, as well as creative associations. Its significance is highlighted in meeting spiritual needs, preserving traditions, and fostering civic values. The article presents the results of a student survey that reflect their preferences in leisure activities, key demands, and challenges. Key directions for development are identified: improving infrastructure, creating accessible events, and promoting creative and sports activities. Special attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on the leisure sphere, along with its advantages and challenges. CLA is seen as a tool for shaping a harmonious society, which requires modernization, adaptation to youth needs, and integration of modern technologies.
