The concept of BIM technologies is disclosed. Their composition and use in the life cycle of a construction object have been determined. An example of working with BIM 3D, 4D, 5D and 6D models is given. BIM maturity levels considered. On their basis, the development of computer-aided design (CAD) technology to a single integrated 3D environment was tracked. The advantages of BIM-models are determined. The main differences and advantages of using BIM technologies are listed.
The paper describes the process of processing the message information. The main stages are covered: preliminary analysis, evaluation of properties and classification of information. A method of classifying information from a message into the categories of information, disinformation, and information noise by applying various estimates of the properties of the message is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of this method are noted. Identified prospects for improving method.
The article analyzes Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), which entered into force on January 11, 2024. The main areas of data regulation provided for by this document have been identified. The features of its influence on sui generis law are identified, and a conclusion is made about the influence of the relevant norms on the relevance of big data to the legal regime of databases. It is concluded that it is necessary to adopt acts regarding data within the EAEU.
