The article is devoted to the development trends of the sharing economy in Russia. The authors discuss such trends as the explosive and uneven growth of the sharing economy, the legal regulation of sharing services, the demographic structure of the sharing model users, ways out of the environmental crisis, and “unemployed” future.

This article provides a definition of bibliometrics, describes the main bibliometric methods of analysis. The main electronic databases of publications with a brief description are presented. The principle of selection of publications for PubMed is considered. The research material revealing the evolutionary tendencies of the term "prevent" is presented. The study was carried out using the PubMed library of scientific publications. The analysis of the evolution of the prevent principle was carried out from 1861 to 2020. The samples of publications were formed over ten-year periods. As a result of the study, tendencies of changes in terminology in the concept of 4p-medicine were revealed.
The article is devoted to the study of the category of "embezzlement" as the most common and dangerous type of property crimes due to the presence of a mandatory selfish purpose, which determines the quantitative and spatial characteristics and increased public danger of these criminal acts. The author defines the trends in the development of the system of criminal law regu-lation of property encroachments with signs of theft based on the analysis of the domestic criminal law doctrine of the past, taking into account the shortcomings and advantages of the criminal legislation of the Soviet and post-Soviet times represented by the codified acts of 1922, 1926 and 1960.
