This article examines the specifics of classifying and investigating crimes related to the illegal creation and circulation of pornographic materials involving minors. Particular attention is paid to the use of information and telecommunications networks, digital methods of engaging minors, recording electronic evidence, seizing digital media, and commissioning forensic examinations. The need to improve criminal law regulation is substantiated, taking into account the remote inducement of minors to independently produce prohibited materials.

This article examines the problematic aspects of conducting a remote crime scene inspection. Particular attention is given to the procedural admissibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles, video recording, and other technical means to document the scene. Issues related to the participation of witnesses, the status of specialists, the security of digital data, the distinction between investigative actions and operational-search activities, as well as compliance with constitutional guarantees for citizens, privacy, and the home are analyzed.
