The article is devoted to the techniques of organizing a dynamic pause in an English class. The author reveals the essence of the concept of a dynamic pause, its functions, goals and types. Particular attention is paid to the conditions of the dynamic pause. Based on practical research, the necessity of applying this type of activity in an English class is proved. The main advantage of the dynamic pause is that it combines health benefits and the ability to master the language in a foreign language lesson.
