In this article, the author argues the choice of the city of Sochi for the creation of an agro-biotechnological park, justifying it by geographical, climatic, as well as economic advantages of the region. The goals and strategic significance of the creation of this innovative project are con-sidered. The article emphasises that the creation of a technopark in Sochi is designed not only to improve the efficiency of agriculture, but also to contribute to the socio-economic development of the entire region through a set of scientific research, innovative production, development of the educational sphere, increasing jobs and attracting investment, ensuring environmental safety and the development of agrotourism.

The articleis devoted to nature-alignment idea in Kalmyk folk pedagogy. Fields of ecological, mental and physical development are under a particular consideration. Attention to innate stages of children’s development, respect to the nature and harmonious coexistence with the surrounding environment are important elements of nature-alignment idea.
