To date, there is a growing trend in the world for the introduction and use of heat pumping units in the heating and water supply system. In this regard, the calculation of the cycle of a heat pumping unit with various sources of low-potential heat is an important task in assessing the feasibility of introducing energy-efficient technologies into the energy supply systems of isolated territories of the Arctic and the North of Yakutia. The paper considers three sources of low-potential heat: soil, reservoir and air. Ozone-safe freon R134a was selected as the working fluid of the cycle. Calculations of the electric power transformation coef-ficient (COP) for three sources of low-potential heat have been carried out.
