The authors reveal one of the major causes of the global economic crisis as the change of technological mode (new efficient technologies replace old inefficient ones). The construction industry is not an exception. Construction is the major the industry during the change of technological orders, and energy-efficient technologies are the core of technological order. The authors with the help of economic calculation show the replacement of technologies on the example of solar batteries and suggest the mathematical model of energy-efficient technologies demand.
Energy Management System Implementation as a Tool for Maximizing Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving
ART 56051
Production inefficiency is a burning issue for the economy of Russia. It is impossible to solve the problem of energy efficiency and energy economy without a fundamentally new approach, which lies in a wide implementation of efficient managerial techniques, energy management systems in psrticular.
The article presents an energy-efficient design of a small-sized polycarbonate greenhouse, which can be used in winter in small farms. The results of mathematical modeling of the heat balance in a classic tunnel polycarbonate greenhouse and in the proposed greenhouse, as well as the results of an experimental study of the heat balance in a real greenhouse in winter are presented.
The article offers recommendations for integrating the energy management system into the current management practice of electric grid companies at all its organizational levels. It is noted that when planning energy savings and improving energy efficiency, energy balances can be used as a method for determining significant energy use. Energy efficiency indicators are given that can be used to compare the amount of energy consumed and the volume of technological losses in different periods of time.
