The article deals with the issues of work of minors in the Republic of Tuva. The relevance of the topic is that with the development of market relations in the world of work, a large number of children under the age of majority began to be involved. From the level of development of the sphere of labor, is determined by the effectiveness of the legal regulation of social relations in this sphere.

In article questions of knowledge of youth (graduates of universities and secondary professional schools) about employment opportunities by means of the state help which will be organized by the employment service of the population are considered. The analysis of the statistical data obtained during the research is carried out the recommendations promoting a solution of the problem of obtaining information on services of employment center are offered.

The article deals with the issues of interaction between the school and the employment service in the process of supporting the professional self-determination of schoolchildren. The author presents a theoretical analysis and the data of the conducted research confirming the need to organize such cooperation in a unified educational environment.
