The article provides an analysis of the volume of subsidizing the energy supply sector from the regional state budget in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The reasons for the increase in the volume of subsidies for 2011-2021 and the factor of its further growth in the coming years are revealed.

Optimization of energy consumption regimes is one of the most important tasks facing the energy systems of the Far North and Arctic regions. Difficult climatic conditions, remoteness of territories from central energy systems, and high cost of fuel delivery create additional difficulties in ensuring stable energy supply for the population and industry. This article focuses on exploring opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reliability in the northern regions by optimizing energy consumption patterns.
