This article is devoted to the study and study of the influence of the sharply continental climate of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on the functioning of a single-crystal solar panel as part of the behavior of experimental work for the spring. It should be noted that the generation facilities of the northern part of Yakutia have a decentralized power supply system in the form of diesel generators and, thus, the study of the features of the work of renewable energy is of high relevance.
The work is devoted to the issues of research and evaluation of the operation of existing lighting systems in rural areas. In the course of the research, statistical methods were used to process data on the lighting and electric power characteristics of the work of the studied lighting systems. The use of a lighting system with photovoltaic panels has the advantages of no need to connect to the central power grid, a relatively high proportion of illumination in the range of up to 2 meters and a significant proportion of illumination in the arc range of up to 1200 relative to the lighting spectrum of the luminaire when compared with traditional lighting systems. The shortcomings of lighting systems on photovoltaic panels are identified in the form of a significant dependence of the duration of work on climatic factors due to insufficient battery charge, etc.
The article provides an analysis of the volume of subsidizing the energy supply sector from the regional state budget in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The reasons for the increase in the volume of subsidies for 2011-2021 and the factor of its further growth in the coming years are revealed.
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the operation of a photovoltaic installation at low temperatures in the North-Eastern part of Russia. The introduction of solar power facilities in hybrid opera-tion with facilities of traditional energy sources in the territory of the North-Eastern part of Russia is one of the possible solutions to achieve costly fuel savings in power generation facilities. The electric power regularities and methods of processing experimental data in the MatLab environment are applied and the stages of field research in the field of solar energy are described. The indicators of the influence of extremely low ambient temperatures on the operating parameters of a photovoltaic installation have been obtained.
The article is devoted to the study of the effect of introducing a solar radiation concentration system, consisting of Fresnel lenses, for photovoltaic power plants. The paper applies the key requirements for the implementation of full-scale research in solar power facilities. Methods for processing experimental data were used by calculating the average statistical indicators of the generating power of a photovoltaic power plant. Field studies were carried out in the central part of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) during February-March. It has been established that in the case of using this system, the generation of electricity from a photovoltaic power plant increases by 16 ... 17%, provided there are no factors that reduce the intensity of solar radiation. It has been recorded that in the case of low cloudiness, electricity generation from a photovoltaic power plant is reduced by 6% without the use of a solar concentration system.
