The article is devoted to the determination of nutrition stereotypes of students of pediatric, medical and dental faculties of the Smolensk State Medical University to create preventive measures and improve these indicators during the examination session. The study suggests that the exam session as a stressful life event has a "damaging" effect on students. The revealed peculiarities of eating behavior and its disorders can be the cause of the formation of various diseases already in the process of studying at a university, and also serve as a risk factor for overweight and obesity in the future. This, of course, should be the basis for the development and implementation of appropriate hygiene measures adapted to the conditions of higher education.
