The paper presents the results of a classification of the system of factors influencing the level of creditworthiness of organizations. The analysis identified factors that reduce the creditworthyness of the surveyed agricultural organizations and require the development and adoption of appropriate management decisions to mitigate their negative impact on the production and financial condition of economic entities. Factors that reduce creditworthiness are examined using the example of a number of organizations in the Zernograd district of the Rostov region.
