The article analyzes the main milestones in the formation and development of civilizational paradigms, reveals its essential features and specific manifestations. The hypothesis is substantiated that, as historical development proceeds, the dependence of the change in the evolutionary leaps of the world order on the cyclical cyclical fluctuations of social development takes place.
