Representatives of the Center for Qualification Evaluation of the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of the North-West, among a number of experts, declare a tough stance regarding the fulfillment of their mission with regard to the universal duty of passing exams on professional standards by all employees of the hospitality and tourism enterprises of St. Petersburg.
