This study aims to catalog innovation management technologies at the secondary school level and the effects for the school-community partnership, the school curriculum, and didactic technologies used in the school. One of the trends in the management of innovative processes in education is the transfer of the teaching staff from the “neutral state” to the zone of increased motivation. This task requires to master the algorithm of technologies for innovative activity of teachers, to determine the goals and prospects of development of a particular educational institution. This article discusses the features of a management system based on four-level management (strategic, tactical, operational, self-managment); management technology is characterized in terms of the relationship between the functioning of the system components and the performance criterion.
