The paper deals with the social phenomenon of governance as one of the key factors that have a decisive impact on the intensification of the processes of innovative activity in modern enterprises. The author reveals the basis of the innovation system form a connection of three independent subjects (science, production, state). System elements acquire significance only for the presence of certain kinds of relations with other elements. Today the state is progressively becoming an important partner in the sphere of innovative activity. The work is done in the framework of the research Project No. 383: “Workers of industrial and scien-tific-technical sphere in conditions of the towns (on the example of sociological analysis Togliatti)”.

The paper deals with scientific approaches of the innovative management in education, especially systematic, synergetic, social cultural, the theory of the strategic management. The potential of these approaches in the modern conditions is opened, the modernization of the functions, forms, methods, means of the innovative management, that in common provide the stable function and the development of the educational system is characterized.

Currently, many companies develop and apply a variety of methods to improve the financial efficiency of its activities. This article presents the main important points concerning what should be improved in organization for the efficiency growth. It also and includes the most relevant methods for improving the enterprise economic efficiency.
