The article discusses the need to create a system to improve the quality of social services in the context of reforming social services for the population. Assessment of satisfaction with the quality of the services provided depends not only on the types and volumes of all types of services, but also on the efficiency of the social institution, which is determined on the basis of the institution's self-assessment indicators, statistical data, quality indicators and expert assessment.
The article discusses the need to provide post-stroke patients with comprehensive rehabilitation, which should include earlier diagnostic and rehabilitation procedures, active involvement of the elderly patient and his family members at all stages of recovery, the introduction of innovative rehabilitation methods, and a multidisciplinary approach; information and educational support for the patient’s immediate environment. The main innovative non-drug technologies include the transition to a personalized plan of rehabilitation measures, the use of hardware verticalization, robotic mechanotherapy, biofeedback (BFB), virtual reality, stimulation methods, and remote rehabilitation. At the same time, the introduction of innovative methods of recovery for post-stroke patients in combination with traditional methods significantly increases the effec-tiveness of their treatment and rehabilitation.
