The article is devoted to the analysis of conflictogenic nonverbal signals, most often found in the correspondence of the Internet messenger Whatsapp. The purpose of the study is to identify potentially conflicting ways of nonverbal communication in correspondence. Chats with correspondence of parents and school teachers are analyzed. Negative nonverbal signals were revealed, manifested in the use of capital letters, a number of exclamation or question marks, emojis depicting anger, etc.

This article describes lexical means which are used to express hate speech in Internet communication and presents some results of the analysis of relevant controversial texts within the framework of linguistic expertise for the period 2020 – 2022.
