Jamovi is a free statistical package that is closely integrated with R and has a large set of data processing procedures. He is able not only to serve the interests of practical researchers, but also to assist in teaching stochastics. This paper describes the methods of entering data into jamovi and provides an ex-ample of their processing.
The article discusses a technique for performing cluster analysis in the Jamovi environment using the R language. The limitations of the standard graphical interface of the SnowCluster module are described, justifying the expediency of the software implementation. A step-by-step clustering algorithm using the k-means method is presented, including visualization of the initial data, selection of the optimal number of clusters using the elbow method, final clustering and color coding of the obtained groups.
