Career guidance for students of the Smolensk State Medical University

In this study, attention is paid to the career guidance of students at the stage of study at the SSMU in three regions of Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaliningrad. We found out what is worth paying attention to in order to attract future doctors to work in their regions.
