The paper is devoted "solar symbol" of Okunevskaya archaeological culture, which are reflected in the folk art of Tuvan and Khakass people. To study field materials ethnographic expedition on the territory of the Republic of Khakassia were involved.

This article presents a study of demographic changes and their impact on the labor market and economic growth. It includes: analysis of the age structure, fertility, the problem of urbanization and youth migration, the importance of education, public health and migration as factors influencing the labor market and economic growth, recommendations for mitigating the negative consequences of demographic changes.
