The article describes the phenomenon of gender discrimination. The authors formulate a definition of labor gender discrimination and analyze the causes of this phenomenon. As part of the study, the authors conclude that this type of discrimination is in fact a socio-economic sabotage of the qualified human capital formation process and, ultimately, this personnel policy damages society in the long-term perspective.
The article explores the directions of labor market transformation and labor relations at the stage of economy digitalization. The processes of the formation of the new models of relations between the employer and employees, the nature of labor and forms of work, the changed requirements for professional skills, the reasons for the change in demand for labor resources are analyzed. The study was conducted on the basis of reports of reputable international economic organizations and well-known consulting agencies.
The article is devoted to determining the meaning and role of concluding an employment contract. It defines the current situation in the country. Basic concepts are considered.
