In this article it’s suggested the adequate to transit system of the Russian land market complex mechanism of protection of land ownership, oriented on self-development of economic system of land relations.

One of the problems of the modern land market functioning is the presence of mediating link of unproductive character – mediator, at the junction with which, the effectiveness of economic management is lost. This is one of contradictions of the land market functioning in modern Russia.
