This article examines the use of local history materials in mathematics lessons. The relevance of the topic is demonstrated and the main challenges of integrating local history are analyzed. A system of mathematics assignments and exercises using local history materials for various sections of the school curriculum is proposed, along with methods, techniques, and forms of organizing educational activities for integrating local history materials into mathematics lessons.
