The paper deals with interconnection between style of a management activity and personal features of heads of structural divisions of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Bryansk city. Valid and reliable diagnostic tools promote detection of management style by personnel and personal features of heads. The prospects of further researches connected with forming of a personnel allowance are planned.
