Aspects of the mineral resource complex of the region, and primarily related to the financing of its activities are especially relevant in light of current trends of development of the Russian economy. The article suggests measures for the organization of financing of reproduction of mineral resources of the region, justifying the value of methods and tools of financial analysis: SWOT and PEST analysis for the purpose of formation of investment and innovative climate.
