The authors study the interaction of hand, forearm and a shoulder muscles when performing exercises by children with development deviations. Boys with feet defects show individual differences in character and quality of hand and forearm muscles interaction regulation. Biceps in children with speech disorders doing exercises acts both in flexion and extension of upper extremity, performing corresponding work. Triceps in children with speech disorders does not work actively enough. The detailed analysis of motive tasks results performed by boys with defects of feet and speech disorders shows that the level of muscular interaction can be considered as an indicator of children’s health condition. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to use tool methods for motor skills evaluation. In their opinion, it is necessary to estimate features of muscular interaction together with general and fine motor skills evaluation.
