The main advantages and disadvantages of signal generation with non – orthogonal frequency compaction-SEFDM technology are considered. The architecture of the SEFDM signal generator in the Virtex-6 XC6VSX475T-1FFG1156I FPGA based on the discrete Fourier transform is justified. The choice of FPGA for the SEFDM signal generator is justified.
Modern multi-frequency signals and algorithms for receiving multi-frequency signals with orthogonal and non-orthogonal frequency compaction are analyzed. The algorithm of coherent reception of N-OFDM signals with orthogonal frequency compaction against the background of masking noise interference, optimal by the criterion of minimum a posteriori error probability per bit, is considered.
