METHODOLOGICAL FEATURES OF CREATING AN ONLINE COURSE «LEARN TO MANAGE STRESS!» FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS
The article describes the peculiarities of the occurrence and consequences of stressful situations in students of grades 9-11. The analysis of the means and methods proposed by specialists for correcting stress reactions in schoolchildren has been carried out. It is proved that the presented developments are mainly aimed at the formation of knowledge in this field, the existing online courses are aimed at an adult audience. The article substantiates the need to create an online course «Learn to manage stress!», the purpose of which is to form the skills of graduate students to use basic stress management techniques
