This article presents the results of a study aimed at diagnosing work motivation using dichotomous scales. The sample consisted of 164 highly qualified specialists. The study revealed a complex structure of motivational priorities, dominated by attitudes toward stability, security, and work-life balance, while conflicting demands for innovation and tradition, autonomy, and feedback coexist. The results are interpreted from the perspective of organizational social psychology and have practical implications for developing differentiated HR strategies in the context of talent shortages.
