The architecture of a frequency synthesizer with a parasitic frequency modulation auto compensation channel and a broadband parasitic phase modulation autocompensation channel is presented. The results of modeling the frequency compensation characteristics of the presented architecture when changing node parameters are analyzed.

The features of the construction of frequency synthesizers (FS) for radio transmitting devices of on-board communication complexes, the need to compensate for parasitic frequency and phase modulation when using indirect methods for the formation of frequency-modulated signals are considered. The architectures of FS with devices for auto-compensation of pulse-phase modulator interference in the reference channel of the pulse-phase auto-tuning system (PLL), as well as in the feedback circuit of the PLL ring, are given.
