The article discusses the main changes in the financial sphere of the economy caused by economic sanctions. The author investigated the legal and economic methods of state regulation of the financial sphere.. We studied measures to overcome the consequences of restricting access to international financial markets. The changes in the sources of financial law regulating the issues of countering the legalization of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the spread of weapons of mass destruction were analyzed. The measures for the development of the national payment system are systematized.
