This article describes various types of risks as well as methods of controlling them on the example of a wholesale trade of "Asteria". A brief summary of the formation of the company, its interaction with suppliers and strategic planning activities is given. The article lays bare one of the most acute problems of today – the relationship between Russian Federation and Turkish Republic under the conditions of a complicated political situation.
