In the modern world, in the context of a dynamically developing education system, an important role is given to the professional training of higher education teachers. One of the necessary conditions for improving the pedagogical skills of teachers is the exchange of knowledge and experience within the framework of network interaction. The article analyzes the experience of the Department of Russian and Foreign Languages of the Academy of the Federal Penal Service of Russia in organizing events and implementing projects that contribute to the professional growth of teachers.
