The author focused on the activities of Vyatka governorate authorities and local governments in the early twentieth century for the development of agriculture in the region. On the basis of official records keeping, provincial periodicals, archives, the author identifies ways and methods of government policy implementation in this area in the early twentieth century in Vyatka region: financial allocations, organizational and administrative activities, control management.

The article deals with online versions of regional print media. Such editorial formats work on the principle of a transmedia narrative, in which information, ads and links to media materials of participants in the process of creating a common information product are exchanged. Today, convergent editorial is considered one of the most promising models for the development of mass media.The purpose of the study is to characterize the electronic versions of regional printed publications.
