This article explores the issue of women’s professional self-realization in the context of contemporary Russian society as a pressing topic of psychological research. Based on the analysis of theoretical and empirical sources, the study identifies key barriers that hinder women’s professional self-realization. The conclusions presented in the article contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms and conditions that support successful self-realization among women and may serve as a basis for the development of psychological programs aimed at enhancing women’s professional fulfillment. The theoretical framework is grounded in the conceptual approaches to professional self-realization developed by L.A. Korostyleva, I.S. Kletsina, L.V. Osipova, and others.
