DEVICES FOR GENERATING MODULATED SIGNALS USING PHASE MODULATORS WITH CORRECTION AMPLITUDE AND PHASE DISTORTIONS

The sources of parasitic amplitude (PAM) and parasitic angular modulation (PUM) in phase modulators (FM) using indirect methods of formation of modulated signals in frequency synthesizers are considered. FM architectures with PAM and PUM auto-compensation with deviation and perturbation control devices are given.
