The conditions for the stability of the auto compensation channels of the parasitic angular modulation of the frequency synthesizer are determined. The areas of stable operation of the proposed broadband auto compensator architecture using Butterworth and Chebyshev filters of the second and third orders are analyzed.
The sources of parasitic amplitude (PAM) and parasitic angular modulation (PUM) in phase modulators (FM) using indirect methods of formation of modulated signals in frequency synthesizers are considered. FM architectures with PAM and PUM auto-compensation with deviation and perturbation control devices are given.
