. In modern conditions the performance indicator is personal-professional development of specialists is their competitiveness, ie the ability to effectively participate in competitive interactions. In the present context, the article characterized the nature, structure and content of the culture of competitive interactions, criteria and levels of its formation, the diagnostic tools used for evaluation. The results of empirical studies of the dynamics of competitive interactions culture at students of high school in the traditional organization of the educational process. Based on these results the necessity of creating the university pedagogical conditions providing purposeful creation of a culture of competitive interactions among students.
