The paper deals with the professional subjectivity of teachers of primary classes as a system of psycho-pedagogical phenomenon, which is determined as their integral professionally important quality. This quality directly effects the success of pedagogical activity of primary school teachers, which is formed in the process of gaining professional education in the pedagogical higher educational institution, updates and develops in the process of their practical pedagogical activity. The basis of professional subjectivity model of primary classes teachers are pedagogical situations, potential professional subjectivity, professional and pedagogical subjective position, subjective activity, subjective regulatory pedagogical experience and actual professional subjectivity, the display of which takes place under the influence of different objective and subjective factors, external and internal terms of pedagogical activity, and also that is not insignificantly important – the contingent of students. Within the framework of model of professional subjectivity there is always the basic core which is self-acceptance of himself as a teacher of primary classes, the understanding and acceptance of the other person – the junior student.
