On the basis of current administrative legislation and practice of its application are revealed normative-legal basis of the decision on the need to protect public order the police station when holding mass events, and provides recommendations on the procedure of adoption of such decision.

This article discusses the specifics of administrative responsibility for violating public order during public events. The author analyzes the composition of administrative offenses provided for by law, as well as the problems of qualifying acts in this area. Special attention is paid to the differentiation of administrative responsibility from other types of legal liability. The article also examines the factors contributing to violations during public events.
