In this article, we will consider the keyways to improve children's tourism in the Nizhny Novgorod region using the example of the tour operator «Amigo Tour NN», including the development of new tourism products, improving the quality of service, introducing innovative technologies and actively involving local communities. The purpose of our study is not only to identify existing problems, but also to offer specific solutions that contribute to the creation of a safe, interesting and educational tourism environment for children.
The article considers modern approaches to quality management in the context of globalization and technological changes. The main attention is paid to such methodologies as TQM (Total Quality Management), Six Sigma, Lean, as well as new technologies in the field of data analysis and application of artificial intelligence. Their advantages, limitations and possibilities of application in different industries are analyzed. The necessity of integrating different approaches and methods to achieve high quality standards in organizations is emphasized. Trends and prospects in the field of quality management based on digital technologies are also considered.
