Reflective workshop as a means of forming autopsychological competence in teachers

The article analyzes the results of an experimental study of the possibilities of forming autopsychological competence in teachers through a reflexive workshop. The data obtained by the author indicate the effectiveness of the formation of autopsychological competence among teachers, provided that the content of the workshop contains the criteria for the formation of autopsychological competence.
