A mathematical model of the process of assessing the reliability of the results of monitoring the serviceability of objects of aviation equipment performed with the help of automated controls is given.

A methodological approach is proposed to assess the reliability of on-board radio communication systems (ORCS) using extended spectrum signals (ESS), using algorithms for assessing the reliability of electronic equipment, assessing the reliability of the ESS distribution channel, evaluating the operability of the ORCS with ESS in the presence of interference, evaluating the reliability of the technical operation of the ORCS, as well as the corresponding availability coefficients.
