Logical thinking is a key element of the intellectual development of younger schoolchildren, allowing them to analyze information and make informed decisions. The article discusses the basic logical actions such as analysis, synthesis and classification, which are formed through systematic training. Research shows that the development of logical thinking occurs in the process of interacting with the environment, and methods such as learning Scratch programming can effectively contribute to this process.
This article discusses the problem of learning programming by secondary school students in grades 5-7. During the period of rapid development of information technology, students are increasingly required to know the subject of computer science, namely: algorithmization, programming, solving practical problems by building flowcharts, algorithmic structures, etc. The proposed solution to this problem is the introduction of the Scratch online development environment into the school curriculum.
